1. Acceptance of these terms

By using codecraftbase.com, submitting a form on it, or engaging Codecraft for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Who we are

Codecraft Innovations W.L.L. is a Bahrain-registered company (Company No. 179283-01), headquartered at Building 1079, Road 5525, Bloc 555, Area Budaiya, Kingdom of Bahrain, operating in accordance with Bahrain Ministry of Industry & Commerce guidelines.

3. Our services and products

Codecraft operates two connected lines of work, both described on this site:

• Agency services - custom website design and development, AI and process automation (built primarily on n8n), and data engineering, delivered under individually agreed statements of work.
• In-house products - Leadwave (autonomous B2B sales intelligence), Productcast (omnichannel AI inventory engine), and AI-Tel.Bahrain (multilingual AI voice and WhatsApp agents), each offered as a demo, pilot, or subscription per the terms agreed when you sign up.

A fourth product, EVRST Invoice, is sold on its own domain and is addressed separately in section 15.

4. Eligibility

This site and our services are intended for businesses and the individuals authorized to represent them, not consumers acting in a personal capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to submit a form or engage our services.

5. Use of this website

You may browse this site and submit forms for legitimate business inquiries. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from this site other than through the search-engine and AI-crawler access we deliberately allow (see our robots.txt);
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or the systems behind it;
• Submit false, fraudulent, or spam form submissions;
• Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

6. Demos, pilots, and quotes

Free demos, strategy calls, pilots, and prototype offers described on this site (for example, the "free 10-minute demo" or "working prototype within the week" offers) are provided at our discretion and subject to availability and scope agreed at the time. They do not guarantee any specific business outcome, conversion rate, cost saving, or timeline, and figures shown in product demos and calculators (ROI examples, sample dashboards, sample conversations) are illustrative, not a performance guarantee for your business. Commercial pricing, service levels, and deliverables are only binding once set out in a signed proposal, order form, or contract.

7. Agency engagements

Custom website, automation, and data engineering work is delivered under a separate statement of work or contract agreed directly with you, which will govern scope, price, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables for that engagement. Where anything in a signed statement of work conflicts with these general terms, the statement of work controls for that engagement.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the content of this website - including text, design, graphics, the Codecraft, Leadwave, Productcast, and AI-Tel.Bahrain names and marks, and underlying product software - is owned by Codecraft Innovations W.L.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Deliverables produced under a signed agency statement of work are owned as specified in that agreement.

9. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the information you submit to us and, where applicable, of your own business data processed through our products (for example, inventory data in Productcast or call data in AI-Tel.Bahrain). We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and, for contracted product use, in the relevant service agreement.

10. Third-party services

Our products integrate with third-party platforms - including WhatsApp Business (Meta), Instagram, Telegram, and Bahraini telecom carriers (Batelco, Zain Bahrain, STC Bahrain) - to deliver the functionality described on this site. Your use of those platforms through our products is also subject to that platform's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or acts and omissions.

11. Disclaimers

This website and the demo/marketing experiences on it are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. Interactive demo content (sample calls, sample dashboards, ROI calculators) is a simulation for illustration and is not live data about any real business unless explicitly stated.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bahraini law, Codecraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its demo content. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not apply to liability arising under a signed service agreement, which is governed by that agreement's own terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Codecraft against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of this website or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by Bahraini law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to this website for anyone who breaches these terms. Termination of a specific product subscription or agency engagement is governed by the agreement covering that engagement.

15. EVRST Invoice

EVRST Invoice is a Codecraft in-house product sold and licensed on its own domain, evrst.me, under the one-time-license terms published there. These Terms of Service do not govern EVRST Invoice; refer to evrst.me for its terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bahrain, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution mechanism specified in a signed statement of work or service agreement.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
